About the Role
The Technology Manager - Licensed Entities at Revolut plays a critical role by focusing on technology operations, risk management, resilience, and regulatory readiness. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams, as well as local regulators, to ensure that platforms operate in compliance with regulatory requirements while aligning with group standards.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with IT and InfoSec requirements.
- Monitoring applications, technology and InfoSec infrastructures, and reporting outages or SLA breaches.
- Coordinating audit evidence gathering and preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Identifying dependencies, risks and escalating issues to internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining dashboards and managing technology assets lifecycle.
- Driving local technology and InfoSec architecture initiatives.
What You Will Need
- 4+ years of experience in tech risk, operational resilience, IT governance or InfoSec, especially in financial services or fintech.
- Experience in regulated environments and interactions with regulators, auditors, or supervisory bodies.
- Strong knowledge of technology and InfoSec controls across various systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English.
