About The Role

The Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions globally, delivering fast and thoughtful help. As a Subject Matter Expert Support focused on Mexico-specific products, you will bridge deep product knowledge with excellent service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and maintaining internal knowledge base content for Mexico products.
  • Ensuring front-line teams receive accurate and timely product information.
  • Collaborating with Learning & Development to update training materials and coordinate sessions.
  • Driving internal communication through FAQs, forms, and support documents.
  • Partnering with Product Owners to manage product changes, resolve bugs, and support configuration queries.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and leading root-cause analysis to drive improvement strategies.
  • Coordinating with Research, Quality, and Complaints teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in customer support in a product-focused or fintech environment
  • Understanding of support tools and documentation platforms like Confluence and Zendesk
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proactive attitude and strong ownership
  • Genuine empathy and customer-centric mindset
