About the Role
As a Subject Matter Expert Support, you will be a critical part of the Customer Support team, the first point of contact for millions worldwide. Your role involves bridging deep product knowledge with customer service excellence, focusing on Mexico-specific products and ensuring that internal knowledge and training are always up-to-date.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating and maintaining an internal knowledge base for Mexico products.
- Ensuring front-line teams have accurate and timely product information.
- Collaborating with Learning & Development to update training materials and coordinate sessions.
- Driving internal communication initiatives including FAQs and support documents.
- Partnering with Product Owners to manage product changes and resolve bugs.
- Analyzing customer feedback and leading root-cause analysis processes.
- Collaborating with Research, Quality, and Complaints teams to improve customer experiences.
What You'll Need
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in fintech or product-focused environments.
- Solid understanding of support tools and documentation platforms like Confluence and Zendesk.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-centric mindset with genuine empathy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
