About the Role
As a Subject Matter Expert Customer Support, you will be the main point of reference for Mexico-specific products. You will bridge product knowledge with exceptional service delivery by maintaining internal knowledge, driving communication initiatives, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating and maintaining an internal knowledge base for Mexico-related products
- Ensuring front-line teams receive accurate and timely product information
- Collaborating with Learning & Development to update training materials
- Driving internal communications such as FAQs and support documents
- Partnering with Product Owners to manage product changes and resolve bugs
- Analyzing customer feedback to identify improvement areas
- Leading root-cause analysis processes
- Collaborating with Research, Quality, and Complaints teams
- Implementing improvement strategies based on customer insights
- Coordinating with the Product team to monitor customer satisfaction
What You'll Need
- Fluency in English
- Experience in customer support in a product-focused or fintech environment
- Knowledge of support tools like Confluence and Zendesk
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
