About The Role
As a Strategy & Operations Manager at Revolut, you will help shape our global expansion and operational excellence. You will work on high-impact initiatives to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and optimise scalable processes during hyper-growth.
- Lead and execute core infrastructure projects.
- Prioritise projects and set timelines for rapid goal achievement.
- Explore new features for seamless customer experience.
- Manage vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems.
- Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.
What You'll Need
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in coding with SQL, Python, or R.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects end to end.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- An interest in the financial industry and a passion for data.
