About the Role

At Revolut, our Operations team solves challenges at scale with speed, precision, and creativity. As the Strategy & Operations Manager New Bets, you will play a key role in identifying, testing, and scaling a new core payments feature to enhance customer experience globally.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and optimising scalable processes supporting hyper-growth.
  • Leading and executing core infrastructure projects end-to-end.
  • Developing initiatives to launch innovative payment services.
  • Defining product requirements and managing vendor relationships.
