About The Role

They design systems that unlock efficiency and fuel global growth. We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help shape our ongoing global expansion and operational strategies. In this role, you will work on high-impact initiatives across the business, leveraging insights to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver superior outcomes for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Strategy & Operations Manager
- Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth.
- Leading and executing core infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Exploring and defining project priorities for the team, establishing clear timelines for rapid goal achievement.
- Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Managing critical vendor relationships and building robust performance tracking systems.
- Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating favorable commercial terms.
What You'll Need
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in coding with SQL, Python, or R.
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
- A proven ability to break complex problems into smaller, manageable ones.
- An enjoyment for working with data and deriving actionable insights.
- Natural curiosity and a strong will to make a significant impact.
- A genuine interest in the financial industry and fintech innovation.
