About The Role

At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. The Branch team ensures compliance with local regulations and excellent customer service. As a Strategy & Operations Manager Banking, you will work on high-impact initiatives to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as a key stakeholder for Revolut's branch in Italy.
  • Build and optimize scalable processes for hyper-growth.
  • Oversee first line defense functions including governance and regulatory interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global offices.
  • Monitor risk incidents and ensure proper control measures.
  • Identify product, operational, licensing and growth opportunities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance tracking systems.
  • Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate terms.
  • Coordinate regulatory inspections and prepare required materials.

What You'll Need

  • A 2:1 degree from a top university.
  • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced financial services or management consulting, ideally in Italy.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects end to end.
  • The skill to break complex problems into smaller, achievable tasks.
  • Natural curiosity and a willingness to make an impact.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with regulators.
  • Experience setting up a branch in Italy.
