About The Role

The Strategy & Operations Manager will tackle challenges at scale by designing systems that enhance efficiency and drive global growth. You will lead high-impact initiatives, provide strategic insights, and work cross-functionally with global teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advise and execute entry and implementation strategy.
• Develop strategic, operational, and growth partnerships.
• Oversee scale operations with cross-functional teams in London and global offices.
• Identify key product, licensing, and growth opportunities.
• Hire and manage local teams, build vendor relationships, and track performance.

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, regulatory analysis, or fast-growing startups.
• Excellent English communication skills and strategic business acumen.
• Familiarity with competitive finance and tech landscapes, particularly in the UAE.
• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
• A collaborative team player with a hands-on approach.

Nice to have

Entrepreneurial experience and a network in startup, finance, regulatory, or public affairs.
