About The Role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst who can utilise data to create clear, compliant regulatory reports, playing a key role in how we meet our obligations to APRA.

What You'll Be Doing
- Taking responsibility for the accurate production and timely submission of reporting forms across capital, liquidity, and financial resilience pillars
- Improving best practices by optimising control and governance systems, with clear documentation for all regulatory submissions
- Ensuring reporting requirements are met within deadlines and to the highest standard of accuracy and completeness
- Reviewing and challenging data inputs and outputs, ensuring that regulatory information is prepared and disclosed in a consistent manner
- Explaining regulatory concepts and requirements, including capital calculations, ratios, and workings to key stakeholders, in a professional and concise manner
- Reviewing and evaluating new and changing reporting rules
- Supporting the review and implementation of new products, including reporting requirements and key metric impact (e.g., capital and liquidity ratios)
- Executing detailed quality checks and validation processes to ensure all submitted reports meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience as a regulatory reporting analyst in a bank or other regulated financial services entity, or 2+ years of experience in a Big 4 (or similar environment) as a financial services consultant/auditor with a focus on relevant regulatory reporting
- Knowledge of APRA prudential standards and reporting forms
- Impressive analytical and numerical skills with a proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory text to operational reporting
- To be a self-starter and independent worker
- To be well-organised with impeccable attention to detail, capable of meeting tight regulatory deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience with data warehouses, SQL queries, and reporting solutions
- A proven ability to successfully adapt to, identify, drive, and implement change
