About The Role

Revolut is looking for a Product Owner UX who takes full responsibility for the product roadmap, from day-to-day operations to project execution and risk management. You will drive your product from conception to launch and beyond, collaborating cross-functionally and communicating with senior management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set team goals, success metrics, and roadmap aligning with Revolut’s mission.
  • Drive impact using data analysis, market research, and company strategy.
  • Own products from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with Design and UX Research to define customer journey.
  • Liaise with Engineering for effective product delivery.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance sectors.
  • 2+ years of success with consumer-facing mobile products.
  • 1+ year managing teams including Engineering, Operations, and Design.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong UX/UI understanding and design best practices.
  • High analytical acumen with solid business sense for ROI prioritization.
  • Experience driving focused product vision and leading from scratch.
  • Ability to deliver measurable results in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university.
