About The Role
The Product team shapes experiences powering Revolut. As a Product Owner Technical, you will take full responsibility for your product roadmap, day-to-day operations, project execution, and risk management. You will collaborate cross-functionally, communicating with senior management and multiple departments to turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set team goals, success metrics, and roadmap aligned with Revolut’s mission.
- Drive maximum product impact using data analysis and market research.
- Own products entirely from ideation to development, launch, growth, and maintenance.
- Engage in technical discussions with engineers regarding requirements and approaches.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including Financial Crime, Legal, and Security teams.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years in a high-growth tech or banking/finance-related environment.
- 2+ years working on technical products such as platforms, distributed systems, or data science initiatives.
- 1+ year managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High analytical and technical acumen with a strong business sense for ROI prioritisation.
- Experience owning a product vision and delivering measurable results in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
