About the Role
This opportunity encourages relocation to Poland, Spain, or the UAE. Post-relocation, you can work remotely or hybrid from an office in Krakow, Barcelona, Madrid, or Dubai. As a Product Designer at Revolut, you will lead the design process from discovery to delivery while keeping customer needs at the forefront.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists) to define customer and business needs.
- Identify key metrics and drive project success.
- Research and present new findings to guide company goals.
- Design products that solve problems with simplicity and elegance, from wire-framing through to prototypes.
- Conduct guerrilla and customer testing workshops.
- Implement design solutions alongside the Tech team and take part in design reviews.
- Review release performance and suggest enhancements based on learnings.
What You'll Need
- At least 4 years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house.
- A portfolio showcasing high-level product design work.
- Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- An ability to think strategically about product and articulate design decisions.
- A high focus on UX with an understanding of customer behavior.
- Expertise in visual design, typography, and grid systems.
- Self-direction and ownership in the design process.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with programming and prototyping.
- Experience in maintaining cross-platform design systems.
- Background in fast-paced, startup environments.
