About The Role

The Product Designer at Revolut leads the design process from discovery to delivery, keeping customer needs as the top priority. The role involves turning complexity into simple, elegant solutions that meet both customer and business requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists.
  • Identifying key project metrics and owning their success.
  • Researching and delivering insights towards company goals.
  • Designing products from wireframes to prototypes with detailed flows.
  • Conducting customer testing workshops and design reviews.
  • Reviewing release performance and driving enhancements.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3 years experience in designing complex commercial apps.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing product design across iOS, Android, and web.
  • High level strategic thinking with attention to technical implications.
  • Self-directed ownership of the design process with a high UX focus.
  • Strong visual design skills including typography and grid layouts.
  • A passion for problem-solving and embracing challenges.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience with programming for simple prototypes.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
  • Background in fast-paced start-up environments.
