About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to scale and optimise Paid Search across all Revolut Business markets — delivering efficient, predictable, and high-intent customer acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the strategy, execution, and optimisation across Google Ads, Performance Max, and Bing, ensuring growth in high-intent traffic and conversions
- Building scalable, structured accounts and implementing automation via scripts, rules, or APIs
- Managing multi-country roll-out, adapt campaigns to local languages, regulatory nuances, and market competition
- Participating in full-cycle creative production and providing data-driven decisions regarding further creative development
- Ensuring proper tracking, analysis, and reporting, as well as contributing to the automation of campaign management
- Building transparent dashboards and share actionable learnings weekly with Growth, SEO, and Product Marketing
What You'll Need
- 5 - 8 years in Paid Search (Google & Bing) within SaaS, fintech, or performance-driven organisations
- A proven track record managing large budgets and scaling marketing efforts internationally
- Deep expertise in Search, PMAX, DSAs, RSAs, feed management, and cross-geo campaign structures
- Proficiency in GA4 / GA360, GTM, postbacks, tracking QA, and familiar with value-based bidding and MMM frameworks
- Experience with scripts, SA360, and rule-based automation workflows
- Skills with BigQuery, Looker, or Excel for performance analysis and forecasting
- Natural curiosity and will to make an impact
