About The Role
Revolut’s Talent team partners with various departments to support a seamless employee experience. In the role of People Partner - People Experience, you will work with a global team to build and maintain a world-class employee experience through structured, high-performance processes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the People Experience team to achieve KPIs
- Designing processes with senior management to boost satisfaction
- Driving projects that improve employee engagement
- Managing recognition programme initiatives
- Creating solutions to enhance employee experience
- Liaising with external vendors and global teams for timely service delivery
- Managing the Employee Engagement Service Desk
- Coordinating global onboarding processes
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills across diverse departments
- Commitment to company culture and employee engagement
- Experience in fast-paced environments with strong delivery track record
- High emotional intelligence and ability in managing complex dynamics
- Experience in developing impactful success measures
- Ability to align people and culture with business strategy
- Motivation for helping others and simplifying complex matters
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- Experience using Jira
- Startup experience
- Background in fintech, tech, or financial services
- CIPD qualification
- Experience in an international team
