About the Role

At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. The Operations Manager Trading will be at the center of our trading activity, blending fast decision-making with oversight of advanced algorithmic systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage live trading flows ensuring high-quality execution across global markets.
• Oversee algorithmic trading systems and step in when human judgement is needed.
• Monitor real-time market activity, system performance, and execution quality.
• Act quickly during market disruptions or unexpected events.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Technology teams to improve trading setups.

What You’ll Need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
• Experience in trading, execution, or market making with a solid grasp of market dynamics.
• The ability to remain calm and make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• A passion for markets, technology, and trading innovation.
• Strong ownership and project leadership skills.
• Ability to break complex problems into manageable parts.
• Enjoy working with data and have a natural curiosity.
• Interest in the financial industry.
