About the Role

As an Operations Manager - Process at Revolut, you will face complex challenges at scale. Your role is centered around designing efficient systems, streamlining processes, and implementing Lean Six Sigma principles to drive global growth.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and deploy standardized processes and automation solutions
  • Analyze workflows to identify and implement efficiencies
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize performance

What You’ll Need

  • A 2:1 degree from a top university
  • 5+ years of work experience in engineering
  • Strong KPI-focused and data-driven approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives

Nice to Have

  • Degree in STEM subjects
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or R
  • Background in manufacturing, retail, logistics or consulting
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and process mapping skills
  • Familiarity with automation tools (RPA)
