About the Role

The Operations Manager - Process at Revolut is pivotal in solving challenges at scale by streamlining processes and deploying data-driven, standardized solutions. You will lead high-impact initiatives aimed at unlocking efficiency and powering global growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
  • Developing and deploying standardised processes and automated solutions.
  • Analysing workflows to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Leveraging data analytics to drive informed business decisions.

What You'll Need

  • A 2:1 degree from a top university.
  • 5+ years of work experience in engineering.
  • Experience in a structured, KPI-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven success in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of scalable process design and automation technologies.
  • Data-driven approach for problem-solving.
  • Ability to break complex challenges into manageable tasks.

Nice to Have

  • STEM degree background.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R.
  • Experience in sectors like manufacturing, retail, logistics, or consulting.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma and knowledge of value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, 8D.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA.
