About The Role

We're looking for an Operations Manager, Brokerage to be our subject matter expert for brokerage and trading operations in Gibraltar. You’ll oversee crypto services, working across transaction reporting, reconciliations, best execution monitoring, and corporate action processing.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the subject matter expert for brokerage and crypto operations
- Serving as technical bridge between Product, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure a high-performing trading environment
- Overseeing the launch of crypto features in various markets
- Monitoring trading data and transaction reporting
- Conducting reconciliations using analytical skills to ensure our records are accurate and up-to-date
- Drafting trading rules (funding rates, margins, liquidation process, etc.)
- Managing relationships and outsourcing arrangements with third parties and regulators
- Overseeing financial transactions and corporate actions processing
- Maintaining a daily workflow for smooth and efficient processes at all times
What You'll Need
- A 2:1 degree from a top university
- 8+ years of investment industry experience
- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- To be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity, requiring analysis and action
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
- To enjoy working with data
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
