About The Role

The Operating Principal supports the CEO and senior executives on key initiatives. They serve as general problem solvers, taking full ownership of multiple projects that deliver measurable business value through creation, optimization, and maintenance of processes and products.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify new growth and revenue opportunities
  • Build and optimize scalable processes
  • Lead and execute key company initiatives

What You'll Need

  • A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university
  • A track record of outstanding achievement in various areas
  • 4+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
  • Experience working abroad or as an expat
