About The Role
The New Business Account Executive US Market will join the Sales team that powers customer growth globally. This role requires a sharp, solution-oriented approach in prospecting, acquisition, and activation, managing the full cycle from outreach to closing deals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Outreach prospects across multiple channels, with emphasis on cold-calling.
- Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals.
- Manage your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and articulate Revolut Business value.
- Become a product expert with relevant case studies for support.
What You'll Need
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
- 1+ years of outbound sales and prospecting experience.
- Impeccable literacy via email and LinkedIn outreach.
- A keen interest in a high-performing sales culture and learning data-driven methods.
- Strong time management to balance customer engagement, deal closing, and CRM.
