About The Role

Revolut is seeking a New Business Account Executive Southeast Central European Market to power customer growth through prospecting, acquisition, and activation. This role involves effective identification of opportunities, outreach, deal closing, and ensuring an excellent customer onboarding experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Outreach prospects via multiple channels with emphasis on cold-calling.
  • Develop and execute robust lead-sourcing strategies targeting key verticals.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing and account management.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Employ solution-based selling and become a product expert on Revolut Business.

What You'll Need

  • Fluency in English and one or more regional languages (Czech, Bulgarian, Slovakian, Slovenian, Hungarian, Croatian).
  • At least 1+ year of outbound sales and prospecting experience.
  • Excellent phone communication and email/LinkedIn outreach skills.
  • High level of determination, accountability, and effective time management.
  • Curiosity and a fast, data-oriented learning style.

Nice to Have

  • Degree in finance or business-related subjects.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Previous experience in a reputable startup and complex selling environments.
  • Cross-functional project management skills.
