About The Role
The New Business Account Executive Nordic Market will drive customer growth through prospecting, acquisition, and activation. The role involves identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, and managing the deal process from closing to activation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting outreach across multiple channels with cold-calling emphasis.
- Developing a robust lead-sourcing strategy and identifying key verticals.
- Managing the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer transitions.
- Employing solution-based selling and becoming a product expert on Revolut Business.
What You'll Need
- Fluency in English.
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
- Excellent communication and literacy skills.
- Strong determination, accountability, and effective time management.
- A willingness to help ensure a great customer experience.
Nice to Have
- Degree in finance or business-related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Experience in reputable startups and complex selling environments.
- Fluency in any Nordic language.
