About The Role
Revolut is seeking a New Business Account Executive - Maltese Market to join the Sales team which drives customer growth globally. In this role, you will identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and manage deals from prospecting through to closing and activation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Outreach prospects across multiple channels, especially cold-calling.
- Develop and execute robust lead-sourcing strategies.
- Manage your own pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth customer experiences.
- Balance your time between prospecting, closing, and upselling.
- Use solution-based selling to address customer needs.
- Become a product expert on Revolut Business and its value proposition.
What You Will Need
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- At least 1+ year of commercial experience in outbound sales.
- Excellent communication skills over phone and digital channels.
- Strong writing skills for email and LinkedIn outreach.
- A keen interest in launching a career in high-performing sales.
- Determination, accountability, and effective time management.
Nice to Have
- Degree in finance or a business-related subject.
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in reputable startups and complex selling environments.
- Cross-functional project management skills.
