About The Role

As a New Business Account Executive Iberian Market, you will drive customer growth by prospecting, acquiring, and activating new business customers. You will manage your pipeline end-to-end, from outreach to closing deals, leveraging a solution-based selling approach.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Outreach prospects across multiple channels with focus on cold-calling.
  • Develop and execute lead-sourcing strategy across key verticals.
  • Manage your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management.
  • Liaise with internal Revolut teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Act autonomously balancing prospecting, closing, and upselling.
  • Utilize solution-based selling for effective communication of Revolut Business value.
  • Become a product expert supported by compelling case studies.

What You'll Need

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and English.
  • 1+ years of commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong literacy, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Data-oriented learner with a collaborative mindset.
