About The Role
Design at Revolut is all about balancing that sense of creativity with a deep attention to detail. Our customers have come to expect a certain level of look and feel from our products, and it's up to us to keep pushing their expectations higher.
We're looking for a Lead Product Designer with a technical edge to drive the evolution of our Design Systems and Core Platform teams. You’ll be at the forefront of building and refining the systems that power Revolut’s product experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading cross-platform initiatives and growing our Design Systems team by managing a group of talented designers
- Defining the vision for internal products in collaboration with the team, and scaling them for commercialisation
- Owning the strategy and direction of Revolut’s Unified Design System, making it leaner and more scalable
- Partnering with Engineering, Product, and Brand to deliver system-wide improvements that power world-class user experiences
- Defining platform-wide design principles and tools that support product teams across Revolut
- Balancing individual contributor work with leading by example, including being hands-on in Figma and executing high-quality designs
What You'll Need
- 10+ years of experience designing and leading design systems or platform teams in fast-paced, cross-product environments
- Proven success evolving a design system beyond maintenance, with experience scaling and reshaping systems
- Experience managing and mentoring designers while remaining hands-on
- Expertise with Figma and a passion for creating functional, beautiful design solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
- The ability to make solid product and design decisions in ambiguous or complex problem spaces
- A passion for clean, scalable systems and design excellence
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail to produce consistently polished and visually engaging work
- The ability to think creatively and explore out-of-the-box solutions to solve complex design problems

- Experience with engineering teams, including the ability to communicate effectively in technical terms
- A visionary mindset with the ability to think strategically across platforms and user touchpoints
- Experience working in flat, fast-paced organisations with rapid iteration cycles
