About The Role
Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.
We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of workplace technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Solving IT support requests submitted by employees
- Ensuring ticket resolution in line with defined SLAs
- Resolving emergency and unplanned IT incidents, including urgent hardware issues
- Supporting new joiners with laptop provisioning, initial IT setup, and troubleshooting
- Retrieving hardware from exiting employees and managing its lifecycle for reuse or decommissioning
- Managing Revolut-owned technology, both office-based and remote hardware
- Identifying opportunities to improve IT processes or tools
- Supporting the implementation of new technologies or workflows
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience with IT systems, networks, and enterprise tools, like macOS, Chrome OS, Jira/Atlassian, and Google Workspace
- A track record in endpoint device management and incident management
- A proven ability to manage vendors and outsourced services
- Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
- Great organisational and time management skills to handle multiple support tasks efficiently
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in IT support environments
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to support team members across the business
- Fluency in English and Japanese
