About The Role

Revolut’s Talent Programmes team runs our internship and graduate programmes, helping the brightest early-career talent launch their careers.

We’re looking for an innovative Internal Employer Brand Manager, Talent Programmes to build the internal community of our interns and graduates. You’ll develop engagement strategies and experiences through structured activities and onboarding sessions that strengthen connection, belonging, and advocacy.

You’ll also support our external employer brand efforts, helping to build Talent Programmes awareness through university partnerships, campus ambassadors, and early talent initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Executing the internal employer brand strategy for Talent Programmes by building a sense of belonging among interns and graduates
  • Partnering closely with People Specialists and key stakeholders across functions and locations to align engagement, onboarding, and development initiatives with business needs
  • Ensuring a consistent and high-quality intern and graduate experience
  • Creating signature experiences, from global networking moments and cohort events to mentorship touchpoints and scalable initiatives that turn hires into brand advocates
  • Building and managing a Talent Programmes community model (channels, content pillars, ambassador/peer network), ensuring consistent engagement and high participation
  • Developing compelling internal narratives and content (stories, spotlights, playbooks, toolkits), partnering with Creative Marketing Managers
  • Driving measurable outcomes and improvements by defining success metrics (e.g., onboarding CSAT, participation rates, retention signals, advocacy)
  • Supporting external employer brand efforts where relevant

What You'll Need

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in events management, employer branding, community management, or employee engagement
  • A solid understanding of employer branding fundamentals and how to translate them into internal programmes and experiences that drive belonging and advocacy
  • Confidence producing content for different channels and media
  • Strategic thinking skills and a creative approach to deliver measurable, attributable results
  • To be results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance
  • Event management skills
