About the Role - Information Security Manager
The Information Security Manager collaborates with regulators, management, and the Risk and Compliance team to oversee all aspects of information security. This role ensures documentation and reports are accurate and compliant while offering key technology risk insights.
What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze risk profiles across Technology and Product teams.
- Deliver technology risk insights and reports to the Board.
- Support teams in managing and reducing operational risk.
- Design, implement, and test risk controls and assessments.
- Establish risk committees and engage with stakeholders.
- Consult on IT risk management for business and technical teams.
What You Will Need
- 4+ years in financial services, fintech, or technology risk management.
- A STEM degree, preferably in Computer Science or IT.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure including Cloud, software, hardware and data flows.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (SOX, SOC2, ISO, COBIT, ITIL) and risk assessment frameworks.
- Experience in performing IT audits or similar roles in risk management.
Nice to Have
- Experience with card products, investments, or FX operations in India.
- Background in technology and change delivery at top consultancy firms.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
