About The Head of Research Role
Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.
We're looking for a Head of Research to play a pivotal role in shaping our understanding of consumer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Your insights will directly influence product positioning, market strategy, and campaign development, ensuring that every move we make is backed by rigorous research and a deep understanding of our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting brand tracking and consumer research programmes across key markets
- Designing and implementing high-quality surveys tailored to campaign and brand insight needs
- Partnering with Marketing Managers to ensure research effectively supports campaign planning and measurement
- Assisting in managing survey panels, ensuring data quality and timely delivery
- Organising and executing ad hoc research requests and stakeholder briefs
- Integrating research data into dashboards and analytic workflows
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in market research, consumer insights, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a high-growth or tech-driven environment
- Solid knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods, with hands-on experience in survey design and data analysis
- Familiarity with brand tracking tools, survey platforms, and panel management
- The ability to translate research findings into actionable insights that support marketing strategies and campaign performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, or data teams
- Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and a basic understanding of analytic workflows
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a passion for understanding customer behaviour and brand performance
