About the Role

The Head of Audit Global Operations QA will improve and oversee the internal audit function worldwide. This role ensures audit plans are on track, reporting is of high quality for boards and regulators, and methodologies are continuously improved.

What You Will Be Doing

• Run operations across the global internal audit function
• Maintain and track the group-wide audit plan
• Prepare reporting for boards, audit committees, and regulators
• Coordinate QA, methodology, and process improvements
• Monitor staffing needs, training, and skills within the function
• Support audit transformation projects as Revolut scales globally

What You Will Need

• 12+ years of experience in the financial services industry in mature regulatory environments across EU, UK, or US
• Proven track record in operations, transformation, or change management
• Excellent organisational and influencing skills, with ability to work with senior stakeholders and regulators
• Experience within banks, insurers, or advisory firms

Nice to Have

• Internal audit or QA experience
• PRINCE2 or Six Sigma certification
