About The Role
The Financial Crime Operations department is central to keeping customers safe. As a FinCrime Quality Analyst, you will investigate fraud cases, perform in-depth quality control and collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues while delivering an outstanding experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct monthly Quality Control activities focused on compliance team reviews.
- Highlight and report issues to QC and FinCrime managers.
- Provide feedback, conduct root-cause analysis, and coach analysts.
- Deliver refresher sessions and assist new joiners.
- Collaborate across teams globally and perform ad-hoc duties.
What You'll Need
- 1+ years in a compliance function with good AML knowledge.
- Solid grasp of regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
- High attention to detail with impressive analytical skills.
- Ownership mindset, excellent English communication, and flexibility.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in an additional language.
- Practical knowledge of Google Suite.
