About the Role
The FinCrime Analyst is a key member of our Customer Support team, acting as the first point of contact for millions around the world. This role involves answering live chats quickly, reviewing customer issues, taking end-to-end ownership of cases, and collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with off-boarding through in-app live chat.
- Take ownership of issues and follow internal procedures.
- Represent Revolut online with professionalism.
- Handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams during customer disruptions.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written and communication skills
- 1+ years experience in financial crime
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Flexibility for different shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong numeracy and IT skills
