About The Role

The credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. This role as Credit Product Manager involves designing, developing, and launching credit products globally by managing the full credit lifecycle and ensuring high product quality and customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Establish the vision for credit products aligning with Revolut’s goals.
• Build products that provide a world-class customer experience.
• Define and prioritise short, mid, and long-term product goals.
• Drive high UX engagement and optimize conversion funnels.
• Lower customer acquisition costs and ensure compliance.
• Form partnerships and manage risk and portfolio management.

What You'll Need

• Experience with Portuguese retail credit product features.
• Strong product design and UI/UX knowledge.
• Expertise in risk management and technical analytics.
• Proficiency in programming and data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English with effective stakeholder communication.
