About The Role

Our Employer Branding team drives campaigns that attract top talent to Revolut. From creative concepts to digital campaigns and in-person events, they tell authentic stories about what it’s like to work here and why the brightest minds should join us.

We're looking for an Employer Branding Manager to develop and lead strategies that position Revolut as a top destination for talent globally. You’ll partner with Talent Acquisition, Social Media, and Design teams to bring impactful projects ideas to life.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading various end-to-end employer branding campaigns
  • Planning, delivering, and attending in-person events across global locations, creating memorable experiences for candidates
  • Overseeing high-priority hiring streams, developing core messaging and aligning with hiring goals
  • Creating and delivering bold campaigns that strengthen Revolut’s brand as a forward-thinking employer
  • Supporting the creation of engaging content that highlights our culture through dynamic storytelling
  • Driving innovation by exploring new tools, formats, and technology
  • Pushing boundaries to improve performance while staying true to our global brand and purpose
  • Understanding audience insights and translating them into effective campaigns and content

What You'll Need

  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in relevant employer branding roles
  • Experience with global event planning and coordination, and a willingness to travel to event locations
  • Knowledge of employer branding theory and efficient, modern best practices
  • Familiarity with creating organic social media content for different channels and media
  • An understanding of recruitment marketing and talent acquisition tactics
  • Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Great problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • A track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers

Nice to have

  • Experience in a hyper-growth startup or fintech
