About the Role

The Business Risk Manager - Private Bank will operate in the first line of defence at Revolut, developing sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks. You will be involved in new initiatives and work across multiple functions to elevate risk management procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, assess, document and review risks within the private bank
  • Design, implement, and test controls
  • Develop and test key procedures
  • Create and review key risk indicators
  • Register risk events and deliver incident reports

What You'll Need

  • A 2:1 degree from a top university
  • 6+ years in operational risk management
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management
  • Proficiency in risk identification, monitoring and controls
  • Proven record of interpreting complex data
  • Organized, methodological and strong interpersonal skills
