About The Role
In the role of Business Development Manager Retail, you will drive growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. You will forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and convert ambitious ideas into actionable plans. This role requires close collaboration across teams and industries and leadership in high-impact deals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Proposing and developing new products to boost engagement and profitability.
- Using analytics to optimize partnerships and drive process efficiency.
- Managing high-impact relationships with bank and non-bank financial institutions globally.
- Acting as the primary contact internally and externally for strategic relationships.
- Collaborating with key product teams to enhance engagement and negotiate partnerships.
- Performing root-cause analysis to deliver innovative, ground-breaking solutions.
What You Will Need
- Experience in corporate development, consulting, or fast-paced startup environments.
- Proven ability to construct, analyze, and deliver new business lines.
- Strong project management skills across various functions and complexities.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Natural curiosity and the drive to make a significant impact.
