About The Role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure our products meet legal and policy requirements. In a fast-moving digital environment, they find smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to be a first-line compliance partner to our crypto teams. This hands-on role involves shaping how crypto features are launched, scaled, and communicated across EU markets, translating complex regulation into practical, product-ready solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with Product and Tech to design compliant-by-default workflows for crypto features and P2P transfers.
- Working closely with the Product team to structure strategic planning for features.
- Tracking and analysing changes to ensure features remain compliant, and advising on business compliance opportunities.
- Leading the 1LoD compliance side of new product approval processes (NIAPs) for global launches.
- Reviewing and approving high-impact marketing for crypto features, ensuring compliance without sacrificing growth.
- Owning post-launch reviews and maintaining documented, audit-ready decision logs for product features.
- Tracking the health of our crypto ecosystem using data monitoring fair value indicators, customer sentiment, and key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Acting as a pragmatic problem-solver who finds a direct path to compliance, protecting customers while maintaining speed.
- Working with entity BCMs to ensure smooth launch of products within scope jurisdictions.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a deep focus on payments.
- A solid grasp of how stablecoins, liquidity providers, and card networks interact within a regulatory framework.
- The ability to distinguish between theoretical regulatory risk and actual business risk.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and the ability to manage multiple product sprints simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- A technical understanding of blockchain transaction monitoring and Travel Rule compliance.
- A track record in a top-tier crypto exchange, fintech unicorn, or investment firm.
