Business Development Representative at Revolt.eco

We are recruiting ambitious and motivated sales professionals, fresh out of studies or with 1 year of post-graduation experience, to join Revolt.eco as a Business Development Representative! By joining our team, you will benefit from our commercial expertise to grow with us and advance to an Account Executive role within 9 to 18 months, depending on performance.

You will primarily focus on the photovoltaic and heat pump sectors, engaging in a short sales cycle with conversion rates higher than the SaaS average, and offering a product that addresses a real market need.

Your Missions as a Business Development Representative

  • Lead generation: Identify and leverage new sources of qualified installers (a large portion of leads is already referenced in our HubSpot CRM).
  • Commercial qualification: Contact installers (phone, email, LinkedIn) to understand their challenges, uses, and needs.
  • Appointment setting: Convince qualified prospects to participate in a solution demonstration conducted by Account Executives.
  • Client onboarding: Support new users in getting started with the tool (questions, configuration, initial uses).
  • Marketing & visibility: Participate in organizing events (trade shows, webinars, field operations).

Your Career Path at Revolt.eco

This first permanent contract (CDI) is part of a structured career path:

  • Training phase: A 2-month ramp-up with progressive objectives where you will have the opportunity to learn about our industry, understand our clients' challenges, and how we address them with our Revolt Pro solution (roleplays, shadows...). You will also be trained on all our processes and tools.
  • Post-training (2-9/12 months): Full autonomy in managing your lead pipeline with access to increasingly significant leads based on your performance (achievement of objectives).
  • After 9/12 months: Preparation for evolution to an Account Executive role.

The performance criteria, objectives, and career path stages are known in advance.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Sales profiles fresh out of studies or one year post-graduation (business school bachelor's degree or equivalent training).
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience (BDR/AE/AM, internship, or apprenticeship).
  • Ambitious, with a genuine commercial drive, eager to commit and invest long-term with Revolt.eco.
  • Sensitive to the challenges of energy transition and renewable energies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized, rigorous, and structured in your work.
  • Comfortable speaking, with the ability to persuade without forcing.
  • Empathetic, client-oriented, but comfortable with performance.
  • Proficient with digital tools (CRM like HubSpot).

Interview Process

  • A video exchange with Paul (Head of Sales) to understand your professional project and present Revolt.eco - 30 min.
  • An in-office exchange followed by a practical case study with Fabien (CRO & co-founder) and Paul to evaluate your skills - 1h15.
  • A meeting with part of the team in our offices to ensure you can envision yourself in your role at Revolt.eco - 1h30.
