Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key business partner to the North America Finance team, supporting the US Mass Sales division. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, detailed financial analysis, and strategic planning to drive informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business risks and opportunities through cross-functional meetings.
  • Manage annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for sales and expenses.
  • Coordinate financial close processes with multiple departments.
  • Prepare high-quality monthly management reporting with meaningful analysis.
  • Maintain technical competence in financial systems and analysis.
  • Conduct special projects and ad-hoc support as needed.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in manufacturing or FMCG environments with a finance and accounting background.
  • Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Skilled in financial planning, modeling, and reporting using systems such as Hyperion, Smartview, and Essbase.
  • Excellent communicator comfortable interacting with all levels of management.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in our New York City, NY office and remote work for the remaining days. The base pay range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year with potential eligibility for additional incentives and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, 401k Retirement Savings Plan, paid holidays, and vacation.
