About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support our New Business team. This key role will oversee CRM management, streamline proposal workflows, manage contracts, and deliver sales reporting to drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system for data accuracy.
  • Coordinate and optimize proposal processes for timely submissions.
  • Oversee contract creation, review, and execution with legal and sales teams.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team and National Sales Director for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related role.
