Job Summary

The Professional Aesthetic Consultant (PAC) promotes the product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area. The role creates product acceptance and enhances portfolio growth through multiple business development activities and provides technical product and procedure expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the territory to exceed sales objectives.
  • Generate leads through direct customer contacts.
  • Maintain effective customer relations and market penetration.
  • Deliver quarterly sales results and manage area metrics.
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and accurate reporting.
  • Provide key market insights to sales and marketing teams.
  • Represent Revance positively at customer locations.
  • Participate actively in sales and business meetings.
  • Adhere to sales policies with honesty and integrity.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • 5+ years of sales/account management experience is a plus.
  • History of exceeding sales objectives.
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery is a plus.
  • Launch experience and familiarity with buy and bill or cash pay medicine.
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of analytics and budgeting.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
