Job Summary

The Professional Aesthetic Consultant (PAC) promotes Revance's product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area by creating product acceptance and portfolio growth through various business development activities. This role provides technical product and procedure expertise, directly reporting to the Regional Sales Director.

Responsibilities / Essential Duties

  • Strategically manage the territory to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Generate leads through direct customer contact in the assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relations and market penetration.
  • Deliver sales results per quarterly goals and manage area metrics.
  • Maintain a pipeline to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Provide key market insights to sales and marketing management.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files for territory management.
  • Represent Revance positively at customer locations.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings and related business calls.
  • Exhibit honesty, integrity, and adherence to company policies.

Basic and Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years sales experience (5+ years account management is a plus), history of exceeding sales objectives, experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery, launch experience, and familiarity with buy and bill or cash pay medicine. Advanced business acumen and data-driven decision making are essential, along with a valid driver's license.
