Job Overview
The Procurement Manager is responsible for establishing and managing the procurement function at Revalize. This role entails designing end-to-end procurement processes, policies, and tools and executing daily purchasing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end procurement processes and controls.
- Draft and manage procurement policies, SOPs, and standards.
- Create and maintain a centralized supplier database and documentation system.
- Establish sourcing, vendor evaluation, and onboarding processes.
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and agreements.
- Utilize AI analytics for spend data assessment and cost-saving insights.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal and other teams to forecast purchasing needs.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Recommend and implement procurement technology tools.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field with 3–7 years of procurement or supply chain experience. Proven record in creating procurement processes, robust negotiation, vendor management, contract management, and system building.
Preferences & Competencies
- Experience in startup environments and building procurement practices from scratch.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI or NetSuite.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with a startup mindset.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, bonus eligible position with competitive benefits such as PTO, insurance, 401(k), and other employee programs. Standard working hours for US employees are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
