The team boasts deep AI and engineering pedigree, offering an early sales hire opportunity with meaningful ownership in shaping their go-to-market strategy.
Role Overview: Account Executive
As the third sales team member, the Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals. This pivotal role involves close partnership with the founders to develop go-to-market strategy, build foundational sales processes, and translate crucial customer insights into product feedback, directly influencing the product roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and close mid-market to enterprise opportunities across the full sales cycle (outbound to close).
- Own revenue targets and consistently drive deals in the $25K–$80K+ ACV range.
- Collaborate with founders on messaging, positioning, sales playbooks, and scalable sales processes/tools.
- Provide customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
Who You Are
- 1–5+ years of SaaS sales experience; MarTech and/or B2B selling experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to close $25K–$80K+ ACV deals, ideally in mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Strong communicator with high curiosity and a bias for action.
- Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building foundational processes from scratch.
Compensation
Salary: $240K - $300K
Equity: 0.1% – 0.2%
