About the role
Early Collection Outbound Agent at Resurs
As an Early Collection Outbound Agent, you will be part of our Early Collection team and primarily responsible for resolving financial matters for private customers. Your tasks will involve active phone work, contacting customers with payment delays to offer them the best possible solution for their situation. Our work emphasizes expertise and customer-centricity with an empathetic approach. You will join a supportive, humorous, and warm team where we work towards goals with a positive attitude.
We operate on a hybrid model, combining office days with the flexibility of remote work. The working hours are 20% of full-time employment, averaging two 4-hour shifts per week, primarily on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 14:00 and 18:00. This is a permanent position, with a desired start date of April 28, 2026.
What we expect from you?
This role is particularly suitable for students or anyone interested in part-time work. To succeed, you need an eager and persistent attitude towards work and a desire to develop into a finance professional. We value previous experience in phone work and a background in finance. You will need good IT skills and fluent Finnish and English. However, you don't need to be an expert in everything; a curious and proactive attitude will take you far.
We expect goal-oriented and self-initiative from our employees. Excellent teamwork skills and a desire to work towards common goals are important to us. Goals and progress are monitored weekly to support individual and team development. This role requires special trust, and therefore, credit information will be checked.
