About Restream

Restream is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for our AI Clips Team to tackle complex challenges and contribute to world-class product development. As a key member, you will be instrumental in building new features, refining the user interface of our product, and enhancing system reliability as we continue to scale.

You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of Engineers, driving processes and significantly improving user-facing features. What You'll Do as a Senior Frontend Engineer, AI Clips Team

  • Craft beautiful, intuitive interfaces and interactions within Restream's web services.
  • Design and implement the UI and underlying business logic for new and existing product features.
  • Partner effectively with product designers to create outstanding and user-friendly UI/UX experiences.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback within the team.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and identify innovative opportunities within our technical environment.

What We Look For

  • A resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset, capable of delivering high-quality projects efficiently.
  • Strong design sensibility, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to an excellent user experience.
  • Solid expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ECMAScript specifications; experience with other programming languages is a plus.
  • Expert-level proficiency with React and its major state management systems.
  • Practical experience with CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SASS.
  • Foundational backend skills including Node.JS, building REST APIs, and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Comfortable working with TypeScript, MobX, AWS, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and continuous deployment workflows.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed, analytical, and highly effective in a collaborative team setting.
