Restream is actively seeking a driven and ambitious Senior Account Executive to join its Global Sales team. As the #1 multi-streaming solution, Restream empowers organizations to communicate live with their customers across 20+ channels, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with just a click. Our esteemed customer base includes prominent names like Shopify, Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Reuters, UFC, MotoGP, and Hearst. Many of the world’s most influential organizations are already leveraging Restream, and this number continues to grow daily. We are strategically building a robust Sales Organization to enhance our partnerships with our expanding B2B customer base. This is where your expertise becomes crucial.
What You'll Do as a Senior Account Executive
This is a hunter sales position focused on new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for developing a robust pipeline and consistently exceeding monthly targets.
- Handle inbound leads inquiring about Restream, managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to close.
- Identify and engage new potential clients by leveraging our self-serve user base (both free and paid).
- Creatively prospect for new customers who align with our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Manage the full sales cycle, encompassing outreach, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing deals, utilizing a mix of email, social outreach, phone, and video calls.
- Act as the voice of our customers, identifying and representing their needs through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Become a product expert, educating organizations across various industries on the value of live-streaming and demonstrating how to effectively leverage Restream’s suite of products to achieve their goals and communicate effectively with their target audiences.
What We Look For
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying hunter sales role with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated willingness and successful experience in creating your own pipeline, whether through outbound sales or a product-led sales environment (e.g., outreach to free, trial, or self-serve user bases).
- Comfort and enthusiasm for a startup environment, eager to contribute to building a Sales Organization from scratch.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
- Honed communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort in presenting to a diverse range of contacts.
- Strong curiosity and a genuine desire to build meaningful relationships with prospects.
- Experience in live-streaming and/or video content creation, either as an individual or in a business setting.
