About the Role

Restream is looking for a Design Engineer to develop the user interface of our product and build new marvelous features that not only function seamlessly but are also visually appealing and intuitive. As a Design Engineer, you will ensure that our products are user-friendly, well-crafted, and valuable to users.

What You'll Do

  • Craft every detail of new product features from idea to implementation.
  • Design and implement the UI/UX and business logic for various features.
  • Build and iterate on features to drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to shape feature direction.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high quality code.
  • Keep up with emerging technologies and identify new opportunities.

What We Look For

  • Deep understanding of the UX design process and strategy.
  • High attention to detail and passion for excellent user experience.
  • Proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
  • Knowledge in JavaScript, React, and major state management systems.
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, MobX, AWS, and continuous deployment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed, analytical, and a great team player.
  • Passion for the Restream product.
